Shippind and returns

 

Shipping Information: Merry is a handmade one woman shop, most pieces are made to order and shipped within 3-7 days. All orders will be shipped with tracking, we work with UPS, Fedex and DHL depending on your location.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your package through the shipping carrier's website. 

Returns and Exchanges: We want you to be completely satisfied with your Merry purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  1. Return Eligibility: You may return an item within 7 days of receiving it, except for sale items, which are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure that the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

  2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details. We will provide you with further instructions and a return address. Please note that the return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.

  3. Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please note that due to the handmade/made to order nature of our products we can only offer refunds in store credit.

Please allow us 5-7 business days to process your return or exchange once it is received. We will notify you via email once the process is complete.

Please remember that items damaged during return shipping due to insufficient packaging will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. We recommend using a reliable shipping service and ensuring that the item is well-protected.
